In particular: the vertical elements that mark the façade and create games of shadow, the exposed brick, the green that permeates the space, the base that creates a mass of great visual impact. The design proposal includes a series of additions including a roof / terrace with a glass parapet resting on visible concrete pillars (similar to the existing ones) and clinker partitions, the covering of existing railings with the same finish, the addition of vertical elements with profiles in composite material to redesign the façade, the construction of a trellis with a light metal structure composed of shaped sheets, cables and vases supporting the horizontal and vertical green that unites the new facades.
