Philosophy
The study was founded in Turin in 2008 by the architect Ivano Pomero, previously one of the founding member of Studio Cartello (1994-2008). The design skills – ranging from new buildings to renovations, restorations and interior design, together with the consolidated collaboration with consultants and multidisciplinary partners – allow us to guarantee a complete design and construction management service, able to face, support and resolve the various aspects of the architectural project in its entirety. From the concept idea, to the preliminary / final / executive design, operational management of the site, up to the attention to detail in interior finishes. Among the main prized works: Casa Turigliatto, Casa Speranza and Certosa di S. Francesco, winners of the Architecture Awards ‘Architetture rivelate’ in 2008, 2011 and 2014 for the quality of design and construction. Studiopomero was selected to represent contemporary Italian architecture (Italy now – architecture 2000-2010) during the World Architecture Congress in Tokyo – UIA 2011. Over the years, Studiopomero has gained significant experience, each project is a fabric of balanced materials, surfaces, lights, details and volumes aimed at optimizing the use of space that has earned it the task for the redevelopment and enhancement of the Isolato S. Emanuele (Torre Littoria) in Turin by Reale Immobili SpA (Reale Mutua Group).

Ivano Pomero (Turin, 1967), Architect, graduated at Turin Polytechnic in 1993. After his studies, he began his professional experience as a design architect for Stuido Cartello, of which he was a founding member (1994-2008). In 1995 he was one of the promoters of the birth of G.A.C. (Young Architects Group in Canavese). From 2005 to 2013 he held the position of alderman at FOAT (Foundation of the Order of Architects of the Province of Turin). In 2008 Studiopomero was founded in Turin, a professional organization that aims to give added value in the world of contemporary architecture through research and study, which privileges the creative and functional aspect of the project and always maintains a high level of attention, of interest and activity in the various fields, quality of the designed space, interior / graphic design. Ivano’s experience has developed over twenty-five years of growing success through achievements and awards, particularly in the residential, commercial and public sectors.
