Competitors are required to study architectural and functional solutions that are able to characterize the building as a “new way” of living in the historic and innovative center of Turin. It proposes a rational, environmentally friendly housing model that communicates the pleasure of living in the historic center and is therefore attractive to the market. The aim of the competition is to acquire the best design idea capable of interpreting the needs of the Client’s representation. It is a highly visible intervention, important for the image of the Reale Mutua group and, with a more urban outlook, for the whole City of Turin.
