Project Description
The project, in line with the project already carried out on the Via Cavour stairwell, aims at the redevelopment of the common parts of the staircase with entrance on Via Pomba. The works include the decoration with new colors of the walls in the driveway entrance, the lining of the elevator shaft with micro-perforated sheet metal with vertical and horizontal joints and shutters positioned according to the existing structure. To complete the setting of the entrance, iron decorations – of a contemporary nature – connect the sheets of the elevator shaft with the new letterbox and enclose the “moon” of the decorative lighting.
This entrance differs from Via Cavour in its access, directly from the driveway which must necessarily be upgraded together with the stairs.
The planned interventions are the renovation of the flooring, the creation of a new window that visually connects with the staircase, the replacement of the windows with all-glass profiles, the improvement of the decorative apparatus and a new scenographic lighting.
